Below is the agenda which might not be complete. I need to make a few more passes over the previous meeting minutes to make sure nothing is missing.

Old Business / Tabled Items:

* Community Council Handbook including the board nomination and selection process.

* Reviewing the proposed bylaw changes.

* A process for making decisions "between meeting". This issue was tabled because it was believed to be premature.

* Sending a proposal to the board to have the Community Council Committee become the Community Council.


New Business:

* Can a Community Council meeting be delayed after the date is selected via consensus in the previous meeting? What would the criteria for scheduling a delay be and who would enact this change? (Posted by Robert M.)
